CHALET (LODGE) BOOKING FORMS & TARIFF SHEET Bookings are only accepted from currently financial members. Subscription renewal notices are sent to members in early October each year and are due by the end of October. Members become unfinancial on 31st December. Lodge specific booking forms are sent to all members with the January Newsletter but additional booking forms for each chalet can be downloaded from our site. Please note that there is a separate booking form for each chalet (lodge) so please select the correct one. The fully completed form together with the cheque/money order for the relevant amount should be sent to the respective booking officer as outlined in the newsletter.

MEMBERSHIP DETAILS UPDATE FORMS SASC needs to ensure that your membership details are correct and current. This was outlined in the Newsletter Vol 07 No. 1 sent to you in January 2007. We are requesting all members to complete the form so we can ensure that our database is completely accurate. Often members change address, email, telephone or children are born or turn 19 and SASC is not informed, resulting members not receiving newsletters and renewal notices etc. To do this, download the Membership Data Form into your Temporary Folder and open it as a "read only" file. Then Complete the "unprotected fields", noting that the "boxes" can be activated or deactivated by clicking with your mouse. Check the data for accuracy, save it by attaching your surname, initial and membership No at the end of the file name (eg. smith_j_5000) and either print it and post it to The Project Manager, SASC Inc, PO Box 134, St Ives 2075 or email it to the secretary at sasc-aus dot com. The same form can be used for ongoing advice to SASC of any changes. In this case please list your old address in the relevant right hand section of the sheet.
