Club Member records
Members have edit access to their member data and also data for any family members linked to their membership via the “Related Members” field.
To login in to Clubman click HERE enter your email address and password. (if you did not logout after your last session the home page will open without entering email and password).
Click on the User Settings icon
On this page you can change you email address.
On the User Settings page there is a link to the member page.
Click on blue text “Click to edit membership information”.
Points to Note:
- Some member data fields are “view only” provided for members information, these field can only be edited by Club Officers.
- Gender, date of birth are collected to calculate correct tariff for children and to facilitate shared room bookings when necessary.
- Member Classes are used to determine the booking tariff and booking rules.
- Invoices to field is used to connect family members and allow members without email addresses to send their invoices to another member. If you receive unexpected invoices for other members please contact the Secretaries.
- Phone Numbers are helpful if we need to contact you promptly. Land line should include area code if other than (02).
Please enter mobile numbers with format 1234 567 890.
- Postal address please update your postal address when it changes, family members will will also need to update addresses for spouse/partner and children covered under the family membership.
- Newsletter Option field is to allow us to collect data on your preferred newsletter delivery method, please complete this field. There are 3 options - EMAIL, POST or BOTH.
- Charges that are outstanding will be displayed at the bottom on the members home page - click on white CLUBMAN logo at the top of each page - any overdue charges will prevent you from making a Lodge Bookings.
- Save changes to keep your member changes click “SUBMIT” at the bottom of the members page.
- Opt out of Member Emails ticking the box at the bottom of the member page will prevent any Club or Lodge Co-operative activity and general information emails being sent to you. You will still receive your booking and subscription emails.
A Prime Members is:
The person who applied for membership and the person responsible for payment of the annual subscription fee.
The Prime Family member must have paid all outstanding annual fees for family members to be considered financial.

Club Prime Family
Club Life
Club Junior
Lodge Single
Lodge Prime Family
Lodge Life
Lodge Junior
A Related Member is:
The spouse/partner and any dependant children under 19 years old (at 1st October each year) included in a Prime Family Membership.
Prime Members who choses to have their invoices forwarded to another member.
A person who may have been included on your Lodge booking as an Associate or Temporary Member.
